हर साल भारत में हज़ारों scholarships available हैं — पर बहुत सारी families तक पहुँच नहीं पातीं क्योंकि paperwork डराता है. यहाँ एक practical, step-by-step checklist है — सबसे common scholarships के लिए.

Common documents (हर scholarship के लिए ज़रूरी)

• आधार card (student + माता-पिता दोनों)
• 10वीं + 12वीं की marksheet
• Income certificate (तहसील से) — last financial year की
• Caste certificate (अगर SC/ST/OBC) — तहसील से
• Domicile certificate — UP residents के लिए

1. NSP (National Scholarship Portal) — Post-Matrix

किसके लिए: SC / ST / OBC / minorities students. कब apply: हर साल अगस्त-नवंबर. कहाँ: scholarships.gov.in. क्या मिलता है: full tuition + maintenance allowance. यह सबसे important scholarship है — हर eligible student को apply ज़रूर करना चाहिए.

2. INSPIRE-SHE (Department of Science & Technology)

किसके लिए: top 1% science students जो B.Sc / M.Sc कर रहे हैं. कब: हर साल अप्रैल-जुलाई. क्या मिलता है: ₹80,000/yr × 5 साल + research mentorship. कहाँ: online.inspire-dst.gov.in.

3. AICTE Pragati / Saksham

किसके लिए: girls in AICTE-approved technical colleges (Pragati), and differently-abled students (Saksham). कब: हर साल जुलाई-अक्टूबर. क्या: ₹30,000/yr. कहाँ: aicte-india.org.

4. UP CM Scholarship

किसके लिए: UP residents in approved institutions. कब: साल भर खुली रहती है, deadlines depend on institution. क्या: merit-cum-means basis. कहाँ: scholarship.up.gov.in.

Common mistakes (avoid करें)

• Income certificate की validity — 1 साल पुरानी हो तो reject हो जाती है, fresh बनवाएँ.
• Bank account अगर माँ-बाप के नाम पर है — scholarship में नहीं चलेगा. Student के नाम पर खुलवाएँ.
• Last-minute application — server slow हो जाते हैं, 1 हफ़्ते पहले form भर दें.
• एक ही scholarship में same content copy-paste — हर scholarship का अलग essay लिखें.

एक practical timeline

• Class 12 के exam के बाद: तहसील से सब certificates बनवा लें.
• Result के तुरंत बाद: bank account student के नाम पर खुलवाएँ + Aadhaar link.
• Admission confirm होने के 2 हफ़्ते के अंदर: NSP registration + पहले scholarship apply.
